Inspired by the Roman name for Earth's moon, this is one of the largest pieces in Robin’s collection. A statement piece measuring 180cm x 150cm created on a substantial wooden frame 3.5 cm deep.

The heavy textured core raises away from the canvas surface to provide a spine for Robin to balance the Scarlet and Prussian blue hand blended paints.

The initial coating adds a further element of interest subtly hidden by the top coats of colour.
